At Gina Collections, your satisfaction and trust are our top priorities. We want your experience of buying premium imitation jewellery and designer earrings to be worry-free.

IMPORTANT: To ensure transparency and protect both parties, we require customers to record an unboxing video when opening the package. This video is the required proof for all replacement claims.

Eligibility & Reporting

  • Eligibility for Replacement: We strictly offer replacements only if the jewellery product is confirmed to be damaged upon delivery.
  • Reporting Damage: Please notify us immediately and send the mandatory unboxing video to our support email (contact@ginacollections.com) within 24 hours of receiving your order. Without this valid proof, we cannot process a refund or replacement.
  • Quality Assurance: Each piece of Gina Collections jewellery, including every necklace and pair of earrings, undergoes rigorous quality checks multiple times for any defects before dispatch, guaranteeing a defect-free product leaves our facility.

Resolution Process

  • Resolution Process: We will issue a replacement for the damaged product. A full monetary refund will be processed only if the exact imitation jewellery product is completely unavailable for restocking or replacement.
  • Return Shipping: If your return is accepted, the item must be promptly shipped back to the address we provide. Return courier charges are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Finalizing Replacement: Once the returned item is received and approved by our team, we will immediately dispatch the replacement of the exact same product.
  • Timeframe Policy: We cannot process any return or exchange requests if we are not notified within the strict 24-hour delivery window.

Shipping and Delivery Information

We recommend the customer, or an authorized representative, is available to receive your order during the standard courier delivery times (typically 9 AM to 6 PM IST).

  • Delivery Attempts: Couriers will typically make a maximum of three delivery attempts.
  • Courier Return Protocol: If the package is returned to Gina Collections after these attempts due to customer unavailability, we will notify you immediately.
    • To resend the package, the customer must pay an additional shipping fee of Rs. 100.
    • Alternatively, we can cancel the order and provide store credit for the amount paid, after deducting a Rs. 200 fee for shipping and processing.
  • No Refund for Returns: Please note that no monetary refund will be initiated for orders returned to us by the courier service.

Order Cancellation Policy

  • Final Sale: Once placed, orders for Gina Collections designer jewellery cannot be cancelled or exchanged for another product.
  • Cancellation Fee: If you choose to cancel a confirmed order, 50% of the total order value will be issued as store credit only. No cash or bank refunds will be provided for cancellations.
